May 11, 2010 - The Tryon & Area Historical Society Inc. is accepting applications for an eight weeks Canada Summer Jobs position starting on June 28. Eligible applicants must be full-time students 15 to 30 years old and intending to return to school in the fall. An interest in local history would be an asset. Application deadline is June 15.
